Backyard Sessions

Throughout my year of classes and until the snow started falling I practiced out of my backyard. It is still my favorite place to practice. The way that nature supports to ground you and mimics your unwindings is amazing!

It’s a great space for individuals and families. I often work on babies on a blanket in the grass, and kids have the opportunity to run around during your session or theirs! And if you have difficulty staying grounded during your sessions, everything about this location takes care of that for you.

We live just two miles north of the 35 split, and two miles south of the Heart of Burnsville-super easy to get to wherever you’re coming from!

** From June 2 until June 16 this will be my primary location (so when you select "office visit" this is where your appointment will take place.)

Home Visits

Now through June all in-home services will be reduced in price-Just $10 more than it’s matching in-office service! No need to stress about the traffic and construction, I’ll come to you!

Initial in-home session: $150

Follow up in-home session (60 minutes): $120

Follow up in-home session (90 minutes): $170

*please note that there will not be half hour visits offered in-home

**mileage fees added after 30 minutes from the Heart of Burnsville

Upcoming Maternity Leave

Because babies come when they want to, I’ll be moving to working out of my house and yours for the month of June. My last day in my office out of Opulent Natural Health will be Thursday, May 29. A huge thank you to Amber, Lisa, and Beth for letting me join their space, grow, and learn so much from them over the last year!

In order to avoid last minute cancellations, the last day to schedule with me will be Monday, June 16.

I will be returning to working in October. I’ll open up my schedule in September so you can plan ahead and get something on your calendar
