Follow up appointments consist of review from last session, check in with your nervous system and current sensations followed by bodywork session.

Follow up appointments shared between family members will divide time between those family members as time allows.

In-home appointments are open to infants, children, adults, and families. Follow up appointments shared between family members will divide time between those family members as time allows.

Once your appointment is scheduled we will send you an email reminder. If this is an initial appointment (or return after one year or longer), we will also email you a few documents to fill out and return before your appointment so we can optimize our time together during your appointment.

Payment

We accept cash, check, credit card, or Venmo for payment. All appointments must be paid in full at the time of that appointment.

Cancelation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full fee of your appointment. If you have an emergency or concerns about illness, please call or text Katie at 651-747-6880 to discuss options.

Punctuality Policy

If you are late for your appointment you are still responsible for the full cost even if your appointment is shortened. If you are running late, please call us so we are aware of the delayed arrival.
